Membership makes it stick.
Turn cooking into a structured, year-long program that builds independence, responsibility, and real-life skills your child will use forever.
"He came home proudly wearing his badge and wanted to cook dinner that night... The fact that you don't have to make any lunches or snacks for a week? That's like a vacation for Mom."
- COOKSMART Parent"I wish I had this when I was a kid."
We hear this from parents every single day. Cooking isn't just a fun camp activity - it's a foundational life skill that shifts how children see themselves and their responsibilities.
Rules & Responsibility
Following a recipe requires patience. Kitchen safety requires focus. And cleaning up teaches respect for shared spaces. Cooking naturally enforces rules in a way that feels rewarding.
Year-Round Momentum
When kids track their skills and earn badges, cooking transforms from a chore into a personal achievement. They get excited to step into the kitchen, try new foods, and show off progress.
University & Beyond
These skills compound. A 7-year-old learning to safely chop becomes a 14-year-old packing their own lunch, who becomes an 18-year-old thriving independently at university.

Frequently Asked Questions
What age group is this best for?
Our camps and membership track are designed for kids ages 5 to 12. Beginners start with basic safety, mixing, and measuring, while older kids tackle independent recipes and advanced knife skills.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Absolutely. We are a strict nut-free environment. We regularly accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and other dietary restrictions. Just let us know on your registration form!
Can siblings share a membership?
Yes! The $149 Membership is priced per family, making it incredibly accessible if you have multiple young cooks in the house. (Extra aprons or journals for siblings can be added separately at a steep discount).
Is this a recurring subscription?
No. The Founding Membership is a one-time flat fee of $149 for the 2026 year. There are no surprise monthly charges.
When do we get our physical kit (Apron & Journal)?
Your child's physical membership kit will be handed to them on the first day of their next scheduled camp. If you aren't attending a camp immediately, we can arrange for local pickup!
Do I need to attend every single camp?
Not at all. Membership works across any camp you attend. Bring your physical journal and apron to the camps that fit your schedule, and we'll track progress and add badges from there.
