Want to level up your impact? The LIT Program gives motivated students ages 13+ structured coaching and real leadership experience! Supporting stations, guiding small groups, and building resume-ready skills.

Requirements & How To Apply

  • Who: Responsible, enthusiastic high school students (Grades 9–12) who love working with kids, cooking, and having fun. Leaders-in-Training (LIT) welcome.

  • Dates: June 29 – August 28 with a minimum 3-week commitment

  • Training: Mandatory for Volunteers; LITs learn on the job with on-site coaching

  • Leadership: Excellent opportunities for leadership and skill-building throughout the summer

  • Locations: West Oakville, Mississauga; Clarkson, and Port Credit
