Ages: 14-15 and 16-18

This will be an engaging hands-on workshop to empower teens make better food decisions for their skin, body-type, stress management and includes preparing some easy meals and snacks for food independence.  Excellent preparation before leaving the kitchen comforts of home.

PD Camps

For those days the kids aren't in school, we have fun teaching them essential lifeskills! 

Full day camps available for all PD days from 9am - 4pm,  ages 5-12

Extended care option available (8:00 -5:30pm)

$70 per day (tax not included).
