COOKSMART KIDS - A fun afterschool program that gives kids a great hands-on experience learning food safety, good nutrition and how to make tasty snacks and small meals for themselves. Our COOKSMART Kids learn how to make good choices, think about taste and flavours, try to new foods and use basic kitchen tools safely and make great dishes from fresh fruits and vegetables!  Our last class is a fun cooking competition, the COOKSMART Challenge where the COOKSMART Kids get to show off their skills for the community judges and parents.

Food allergy friendly.  Vegetarian menu.

Get your kids making healthy snacks and meals at home.  COOKSMART Kids is a hands-on workshop that give kids the cooking skills, confidence and inspiration to make their own healthy food.  We'll make sure they know what are the components of a healthy lunch, how to prepare healthy snacks, and some great options that kids can customize to their liking that are nutritious.  Each day we do a special food project such as making pumpkin pie from scratch, gingerbread houses, making sushi and many more!

$70 + tax  per day
