Moussaka
Ingredients:
· ½ cup olive oil
· 2 large eggplants (6 cups)
· 3-4 Potatoes (optional)
· 700 g ground beef or lamb (Meat option)
· 4 cups mushrooms, zucchini and carrots (vegetarian option)
· 2 red onions (or yellow)
· 2 cloves garlic
· bay leaf
· sugar
· cinnamon
· 2 TBSP tomato puree
· 1 tin diced or whole tomatoes
· 1 glass red wine (optional)
· butter
· flour
· milk
· nutmeg
· Salt and pepper
· 2 egg yolks
· 1 cup grated parmesan cheese or favourite hard cheese
GREEK Salad:
1 Cucumber
2-3 Tomatoes
Kalamata Olives
Red onion
Feta cheese
Oregano
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Sea salt

· 2 cups milk or 1 cup cream and 1 cup milk
· 6 eggs - separated
