Virtual Cooking class for Healthy Lunches

Perfect for people who want to learn more about how to cook for themselves. Nutrition, food safety, basic cooking skills plus lots of tips, tricks and recipes to cook for one or two. Recipes will be made with option for servings of 2 or 4 servings sizes. Cook along together or join us to for the learning & sharing of all our best tips and tricks, plus fun social engagement.
