· 3 bright colours
- Green: cucumber, celery, leaves like basil or mint, broccoli
- Green grapes, kiwi
- Red- Grape tomatoes, red peppers
- strawberries, raspberries
- Orange - peppers
- orange segments, peaches
- Yellow - mini-peppers,
- Bananas
- White - mushrooms,cauliflower
- Purple - olives
- grapes
Protein: Cheese, (cheddar or mozzarella), Edamame

July 23: Pizza buns
INGREDIENTS:
- English muffin or hamburger bun
· 1/2 tsp dried herbs (basil, oregano, chives)
· 1/2 cup chopped veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini)
· 1/2 cup tomato sauce
· 3/4 cup cheddar cheese

INGREDIENTS:
Create your own - think of the colours and flavours!
Greens:
- Lettuce - Leafy leffuce or baby spinach
cucumber, celery, edamame, green onion, green beans
Yellows
- Corn, yellow peppers, chickpeas
Orange
- Carrots, orange pepper
Red
- Tomatoes, red peppers

- red onion, red cabbage, Kalamata olives

August 20: Fruit Parfaits
INGREDIENTS:

Sprinkles: Granola, cinnamon, grated chocolate, choc chips
Fruit: Berries, banana, oranges, apple, pineapple, mango, kiwi, grapes, melon balls from cantaloupe, honey dew or watermelon
Yogurt: Plain yogurt, Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
Cereal: Flakes, muesli, granola, shredded wheat, cheerios, shreddies, crispie rice
