Pizza-oma-dillas
INGREDIENTS:
· 2 eggs
· 1/2 tsp dried herbs (basil, oregano, chives)
· 1/2 cup veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini)
· 1/2 cup tomato sauce
· 2 whole wheat flour tortillas
· 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
TOOLS:
1 frying pan - size of tortillas
Flipper
Stove * ADULT SUPERVISION as needed
January 28: Taco Bowls
INGREDIENTS:
Lettuce (Romaine or Iceberg)
Roma tomato or grape tomatoes
1/8 red onion
2 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional)
½ Cucumber
1 Pepper
½ cup corn (optional)
Avocado (optional)
1 can black beans
Protein: Chicken, ground beef (cooked) -optional
Cheddar cheese
French or Catalina salad dressing
1 tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Chile powder
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 lime
1 cup Corn chips
Large soft tortilla - to make bowl
