  • Apron

  • Spoons, fork

  • Cutlery knife

  • Medium bowl

  • Food waste bowl

  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Cleaning cloth

  • Soapy water in sink

Sept 29: Healthy Cookies

Ingredients:

·all-purpose flour

quick oats

1 egg

coconut oil or canola or sunflower oil

honey or brown sugar

apple sauce

baking soda

baking powder

vanilla

salt

cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, cloves

¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries

¼ cup seeds – pumpkin, sunflower

¼ cup walnuts or peanuts

¼ cup chocolate chips

 Special TOOLS:

Baking tray with parchment paper or silicon mat

Oct 6: Magic Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

●   Flour - all purpose flour

Banana, apples, zucchini, or pineapple

Berries (optional)

honey or brown sugar

baking soda

baking powder

cinnamon

salt

1 egg

oatmeal

red lentils - for protein enriched muffins

Fun bits - hemp hearts, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, chocolate chips

·     honey or maple syrup

·     1 can of black beans

·     cocoa powder

·     quick oats or oatmeal

·     baking soda
