Corn Soup

INGREDIENTS:

· 2 cups - cans of hominy corn, white corn or sweet corn or frozen corn

- 2 cups -1 large can of kidney beans, or cannelli beans

- 1 lb of salt pork or bacon (optional)

Alternative proteins; Beef (with some fat content), Tofu, chicken

- Water or broth

- Salt and pepper

TOOLS:

· Apron

· Cutting board

· Spoons

· Sharp knife

- Pot

· Food waste bowl

Wooden spoon

· Cleaning cloth
