Strawberry Juice

INGREDIENTS:

· 4 cups fresh Strawberries or Raspberries

Water- filtered

Sugar - or agave syrup, maple sap or honey

TOOLS:

· Apron

· Cutting board

· Spoons

· Cutlery knife

- Pitcher

· Food waste bowl

Measuring cups and spoons

· Cleaning cloth

Soapy water in sink
