Fruit Sundaes
Ingredients:
Fresh fruits :
Blue or black berries • Apples • Mango • Strawberries • Kiwi
Yogurt :
Plain Greek yogurt • Vanilla yogurt
Toppings :
Raisins • Coconut flakes • Hemp hearts (for omega 3 fats) • Chocolate chips (dark chocolate for antioxidants) • Cinnamon or pumpkin spice • Granola or muesli or your favourite cereal

INGREDIENTS:
Large Round rice crackers

Strawberries

July 23: Pizza rolls
INGREDIENTS:
- tortilla - whole wheat
· 1/2 tsp dried herbs (basil, oregano, chives, garlic powder)
· 1/2 cup veggies - choose 3 colours (peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, pineapple, olives, tomato)
· 1/2 cup tomato sauce
· 3/4 cup cheddar cheese

August 13: Rainbow Salad
INGREDIENTS:
Create your own - think of the colours and flavours!
Greens:
- Lettuce - Leafy leffuce or baby spinach
cucumber, celery, edamame, green onion, green beans
Yellows
- Corn, yellow peppers, chickpeas
Orange
- Carrots, orange pepper
Red
- Tomatoes, red peppers
Purple
- red onion, red cabbage, Kalamata olives
Dressing: Pick your favourite!

August 20: Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup mashed banana or grated apple or zucchini or carrot
1 egg
1/4 cup butter or coconut oil – melted (20-30 seconds in microwave)
3/4 cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Chunks: Use ¼ cup total: You can mix and match!
Raisins, Choc chips, frozen blueberries or raspberries.
