March 31: Tacos
We will be learning to measure, follow a baking recipe and customize the muffins by adding nutrition and flavours to make them your way!
INGREDIENTS:
Lettuce (Romaine or Iceberg)
Roma tomato or grape tomatoes
Onion
Garlic
fresh cilantro (optional)
Lime
Avocado (optional)
1 can black beans
Protein: Chicken, ground beef (cooked) -optional
Cheddar cheese
Seasonings: Cumin, Chile powder, ground coriander, salt
Soft tortillas or Hard corn taco shells
