INGREDIENTS:
· 1 cups quick oats or Whole oats
· 1/2 cup Wow Butter (Soy peanut butter alternative – you can use your favourite Nut butter or seed better as you wish and depending on your allergies –Sunflower Seed butter is another good nut-free option)
· 1/4 cup liquid honey (or pure maple syrup for a variation)
· 1/4 cup raisins or dried fruits or coconut
· 1/4 cup chocolate chips or hemp hearts, seeds, nuts,
· 1/2 tsp Cinnamon or pumpkin spice
· 1/2 tsp vanilla
· Pinch of fine sea salt
TOOLS:
· Apron
· Cutting board
· Spoons
· Cutlery knife

Super Dips
Guacamole and bean dip
Ingredients:
Corn chips
2-3 ripe avocados
· Can of white kidney beans
· 1/3 cup of fresh herbs (e.g. dill, cilantro, parsley)
6 grape tomatoes or 1/2 medium tomato
· ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
· 1-2 lemons or limes
· 1-2 cloves of garlic
· Sea salt & pepper to taste

Citrus press (optional)
Garlic press (optional)
Stick blender or manual food processor or fork or masher

OCT 20: Power Smoothies
INGREDIENTS:
Choose 2-3 fruits and 1 vegetable.
Think about the colour and flavours!
YELLOW: Banana, pineapple, mango
ORANGE: Orange, cantaloupe, carrot
RED: Strawberries, raspberries, red apple, Cherries
PURPLE: Blueberries, blackberries, purple grapes, beets
GREEN: Green apple, cucumber, kiwi fruit honey dew, kale or spinach
Liquids: Water, juice, milk (any type)
PROTEIN:
yogurt, nut butter, avocado, flaxseeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, protein powder
