Cornbread Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
· butter
· honey or brown sugar
· cornmeal
Flour
2 eggs
milk
· baking powder
· vanilla
· salt
Fun bits: Choose 3 or four to make up to 1 cup
raisins or dried cranberries,
seeds – pumpkin, sunflower, hemp hearts,
nuts -walnuts, pecans, almonds or peanuts
chocolate chips, M&M’s, sprinkles

Ingredients:
Fresh fruits :
Blue or black berries • Apples • Mango • Strawberries • Kiwi
Yogurt :
Plain Greek yogurt • Vanilla yogurt
Toppings :
Raisins • Coconut flakes • Hemp hearts (for omega 3 fats) • Chocolate chips (dark chocolate for antioxidants) • Cinnamon or pumpkin spice • Granola or muesli or your favourite cereal
1 tsp Cocoa powder
1 TBSP Sugar

Bean dip
Ingredients:

· Can of white kidney beans
· 1/3 cup of fresh herbs (e.g. dill, cilantro, parsley)
· ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
· 1 lemons or limes
· 1-2 cloves of garlic
· Sea salt & pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS:
2-4 cups of roughly cut up fruit:
Fruit should be ripe or overripe for best result.
Choose from:
Banana, apple, pear, strawberry,
Blueberry, mango, blackberry, kiwi, pineapple, watermelon or your favourites.
1 tsp lemon juice
Honey or sugar – to taste (1 tsp-2 TBSP)
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
