Breakfast Sandwiches
NGREDIENTS:
Breakfast Sandwich
● 1 egg per sandwich
Bun or English muffin
Butter or olive oil
Bright Colours: Choose 3
Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato, peppers, green onions, cucumber, your favourite
Protein toppings: Cheese, bacon or ham, hummus, seasoned beans
Seasonings: Choose your favourite
● Salt and Pepper
ketchup, bbq sauce, paprika, mayonnaise or your favourite
Special TOOLS:
Mug that is microwave safe

Ingredients:
flour
salt
1 egg
milk
butter
brown sugar
yeast
cinnamon
icing suga
white sugar

Baking dish or baking sheet
Parchment paper

3 bowls, small, medium, large

Nov 20: Cheese Sandwich Souffle
INGREDIENTS:
· 12 slices of bread
· 2 cups cheddar cheese or sharp flavoured cheese plus 2 TBSP
· 6 eggs
· 2 cups milk
· Butter
· Dijon mustard
· Worcestershire sauce (optional)
· salt & pepper
OPTIONAL: slices of Ham, tomato, broccoli, onion, green onion, mushroom, spinach

INGREDIENTS:
olive oil
flour tortillas or corn tortillas
black beans, 1 can
1 egg per serving
tomatoes
cotija cheese or feta or cheddar cheese
