A fun afterschool program that gives kids a great hands-on experience learning food safety, good nutrition and how to make tasty snacks and small meals for themselves. Our COOKSMART Kids learn how to make good choices, think about taste and flavours, try to new foods and use basic kitchen tools safely and make great dishes from fresh fruits and vegetables! Our last class is a fun cooking competition, the COOKSMART Challenge where the COOKSMART Kids get to show off their skills for the community judges and parents.
